Returns and exchange policy on purchased items

If you require a refund/exchange please contact us through our Contact page or reply to your order dispatch e-mail stating your order number, full name and reason for return/exchange. Please read our returns and exchange policy below and note requests must be within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed excluding the shipping costs paid

Please note that returning an item for a refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense.

We are always available to offer support and believe all items on the website are accurately described and represent good value for money.  If you decide that you would like to return an item, we urge you to contact us first to see if we are able to find a solution to the problem. If, after speaking to us you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, we offer a 14-day ?no-fuss, no-quibbles? 100% return policy. Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service. Do not send the item through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items to be sent via courier or Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery with cover for the item value in case the item is lost. In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping. For international customers, you are responsible for having the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred (unless of an error on our behalf). Please mark the package as 'Return of sample merchandise, origin UK. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly as returned goods, so as to avoid any needless charges when re-entering the UK. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, that are out of our control, such as import duties, then these will be deducted from the refund amount. 
*If items are damaged or altered in any way they will not be accepted for a refund.*


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


To start a return, you can contact us at has@mccullochjewellers.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
