Made and mended by hand
Every piece is cut, set, sized and finished by hand in our own workshop. Because we make and mend what we sell, we can tell you exactly who worked on your piece and stand behind it.
Warranty
Our jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or loss. Please see our Warranty page for full details.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 30 days in their original, unworn condition for a refund to your original payment method once inspected. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are made to your specification and are not eligible for the 30-day return once work has begun. Please see our Returns page for full details.
Complimentary insurance & aftercare
Every piece includes complimentary insurance for the first year. We also offer aftercare and servicing — cleaning, re-tipping, resizing and restoration — for the pieces we make and sell.
Hallmarking & authenticity
